Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment
Full payment is due within 72 hours of booking confirmation. Until then, your date isn't officially held so the sooner you're locked in, the better.
Cancelation
We know life doesn't always cooperate with the calendar. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can. We're real people and we'll always do our best to find a solution. That said, because every booking means reserved time and materials we've already sourced, our standard policy is:
7+ days out: full refund minus a $35 booking fee
4–7 days out: 50% refund
Under 72 hours: no refund
If you'd rather reschedule than cancel, just say the word — we'll do what we can.

We keep a small supply of whitekraft gift boxes on hand for most standard gift sizes. For anything beyond that, including tins, baskets, or specialty containers, we can source them for you. Either way, packaging is worked into your quote. Just let us know what you need and we'll put together options with and without.
